Fresh Pico de Gallo
This quick and easy recipe is packed with flavorful ingredients. Delicious as a topper for tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, or enchiladas.
- 1 cup diced roma tomatoes
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp diced jalopeños (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to combine. Taste and add more salt or lime juice as needed.
Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or longer to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve as a topping for tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, or enchiladas.
