Fresh Pico de Gallo

This quick and easy recipe is packed with flavorful ingredients. Delicious as a topper for tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, or enchiladas.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp diced jalopeños (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to combine. Taste and add more salt or lime juice as needed.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or longer to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve as a topping for tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, or enchiladas.
