Ingredients
1cup (180g)diced roma tomatoes
½cup (90g)diced red onion
½cup (75g)diced green bell pepper
1jalapeño, diced (optional)
2clovesgarlic, minced
¼cup (4g)fresh cilantro, chopped
1tbsp (15mL)juice from 1 lime
¼tsp (1.5g)salt
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and gently toss to combine. Taste and add more salt or lime juice as needed.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer to allow the flavors to meld together.
